By accessing or purchasing Email Magic, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. These terms are written in plain English because we believe in clear communication — it's kind of our thing.
Email Magic is an online sales training program created by Rustin Schroeder and operated by Email Magic LLC. It consists of digital training modules, frameworks, and associated materials delivered online.
When you purchase Email Magic, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the training content for your own professional development or for your team (under a Team License).
You may not:
A Team License covers up to 25 people within a single organization. Each individual user must be affiliated with the purchasing organization. Team Licenses may not be split across multiple organizations.
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method. All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy below.
We stand behind Email Magic completely. If you're not satisfied, contact us at billing@email-magic.org and we'll refund your purchase in full. No complicated process, no questions designed to make you give up. Just send us an email — ironically, we're pretty good at those.
All content, frameworks, names, and materials within Email Magic — including the CCA Formula™ and The Magic Method™ — are the intellectual property of Email Magic LLC and Rustin Schroeder. All rights reserved.
"Email Magic," "CCA Formula," and "The Magic Method" are proprietary terms. Use of these names in any commercial context without written permission is prohibited.
Email Magic is provided "as is." While we're confident in the quality and effectiveness of the program, we make no guarantees about specific business outcomes. Results depend on individual effort and application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Email Magic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Email Magic after changes means you accept the updated terms.
